Products Description
• ZA, ZAO, ZE series petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal pumps, which conform to DIN24256,API610 standards.
• ZA basic type is foot-supported, closed impeller, design pressure 2.5MPa, suitable for general industrial process.
• ZE series pumps are center supported, closed impeller, design pressure 5.0MPa, suitable for high temperature and high pressure and other important industrial processes.
• ZAO series pump is foot-supported, open or semi-open impeller, design pressure 2.5MPa, suitable for conveying media containing particles.

Structural Features
• The bearings can be paired with cylindrical roller bearings, angular contact ball bearings or cylindrical roller bearings and tapered roller bearings according to different working conditions, which greatly improves the service life of the bearings. The lubrication of the bearings is thin oil lubrication, and the oil level is controlled by the constant position oil cup to fully ensure that the bearings work under good lubrication condition.
• Shaft seal according to the use of different situations, can be used packing seal, single end mechanical seal, double end mechanical seal, tandem mechanical seal. The shaft is protected by shaft sleeve.
• This series of pump has been carefully considered in the way of connection between pump body and bearing frame, mechanical seal parts, cooling method and auxiliary piping. The bearing frame is designed with air-cooled heat sink and water-cooled cavity. When the temperature T>200℃, water-cooling is adopted; when the pressure P>2.5Mpa, water-cooling is adopted. The flushing and cooling interfaces on the pump body, pump cover, bracket and sealing gland all adopt tapered pipe threads to increase the reliability of pipeline sealing. When T﹥110℃, the shaft seal gland is water-cooled, and when T﹥130℃, the pump cover is water-cooled.
